Console Mold to fit Aftermarket Head Units

Has anyone made a custom mold to make their aftermarket headunits fit flush in the interior?

Or are there any companies making a replacement piece to accomplish this. Trying to get an idea of what has been done.

Picture of my HU with the generic fitment pieces.

@cruzinbill did you remove the vinyl overlay on the plastic piece (The fake carbon) or simply fill over it?

I just sanded it down, I guess I could have taken it off but wasnt worth my time. Fiberglass had no issues binding to it.
