Depends on your local dealer, I know from my experience that none of the toyota places near me are worth a shit but YMMV

No, i rather do my own oil changes. Don't like people touching my car.

Also Motul.

Do your own oil changes, no excuses unless physical injury that you can't!

DIY... waiting for like a hour at the dealer for something you can do in 15 mins and plus dealer workers can dig up your car or mess around with it... dont trust dealers they are BS.. only time when they nice is when they sell you a car after that your just another person..my dealer piss me off already and not taking my car in for service.. going to do my first oil change soon. i have almost 5k on it and im going to do it at 5k instead of the 7K they recommend..

Yeah I'd avoid the dealer, plus I trust myself with my car than someone I don't know touching it..

I have used them for one the morning of a long trip because I didn't have time to mess with it and it was due. But normally I do my own our go to firestone because they can get motul if you call a few days ahead and make an appt.

I've got a great dealer and they have been nothing short of amazing. Gonna use them and then I'll be doing my own after the two years is up.

I usually used AMS oil unless there are other better oils out there.

is this the same dealer that left a fist mark on your roof, to test if your alarm is working?

Same owner. Mossy Ford did the roof, mossy toyota was cool enough to fix it no questions asked. Mossy has been amazing every step of the way.

I checked the reviews on my dealer, and I encourage everyone to do the same. The one nearest to me (Stadium Toyota), has horrid reviews for service, and decent ones for sales. I drive the extra distance to Courtesy, where I purchased my FR-S, and of the few service reviews they have, they seem overwhelmingly positive. So I'll take my chances, and hopefully won't end up kicking myself in the ass.

Ironically enough, Toyota oil is excellent! I would stick with that. It really is good stuff.
