Got new car last week and so excited and did not inspect all the interior..
Finally found some scratch and lost paint on the side of the dash board( shit)

I should have check it before I left the dealer and I am gonna talk to them and I don't expect they will help me out . Just afraid of leaving car to the dealer after one of the member post his "unpleasant" experience oil change in the shop.... Hate this

i believe ya got a year to rectify any cosmetic issues with most new cars!
don't see why this car would be different!..check your warranty terms.

LOL i thought ur the person who installed the spoiler backwards and ur trying to fix it when i read ur title. hhahaha

Don't worry it'll be fine. Just because a couple people had some bad experiences does not mean you're going to have the same one. I took my car back to the dealer when it had a little scratch, they buffed it out and everything was back to normal.
