RED'ed out tail lights !

I have been surfing around looking for tail lights. The JDM ones are too little difference vs the price and the rest of them were the LED ones which are too ricey for me

I found a guy locally who can spray it and it made it like OEM finish then I gave it a shot and it turns out great Can't wait to get them installed !

Welcome for any comments !

Would be interested to know what paint/process he used, if he's willing to divulge. It looks like 1-2 coats of a candy red followed by a matte clear coat, but that's just speculation.

Might as well go with a red LED at that point. Still 100% legal, and would look better.

You can DIY and still have it look professional. it is called prep, care and patience

Tho these look better than mine because mine have condensation in them

I am not sure what they did. The lights are as gloss and smooth as OEM so I am happy with the results.

Yeah you can give it a shot. I tried DIY my tails off my other car and it wasn't glossy enough and ended up kind of generic !
