Talking Opti-Coat 2.0 in NW FL!!!

A new detail shop opened up in town and I talked to them about Opti-Coat. They don't normally use it, but have used other products similar to it. After a few discussions they have now started using Opti-Coat 2.0! I was able to get a good discount for us if we get at least 10 people to have it applied. The price will be $299 and includes all the necessary prep work! The great thing is we don't have to get them all done at the exact same time/weekend! I can work out a timeframe with the shop and you can call them directly to schedule your date & time. If you're interested in doing this please let me know. It's not limited to just FRS/BRZ's either. if you have or know someone with a similar size car we can work the details on it, and pricing should be the same or very close if its a larger car. Lets get this going so we can all benefit from the good price!

I'll send details to those interested!

I already paid way too much to have Optiguard applied. Washed the car yesterday, and it doesn't appear any of it is left on my rear bumper.

I'm sorry about that. I'm sure it can be re-applied to the bumper.

Yes! Let's do this. You count me in as part of the 10. I live on Okaloosa island so this is easy enough for me.

There aren't that many members in the area on here even though I keep seeing more and more cars each week. There is a black FR-S with big super curbed black wheels and red sponsor decals going down under the mirror on Eglin now. I feel like we need to start a group or something and spread the word when we see one on the street.

Sounds like a good idea. I bet I've already seen a half dozen different ones this week already, just on base!

I all ready had mine done (opti-coat) late last year.

On the other note, a group set up in the area would be great. I've thought about it (some type of group) but I will be leaving the area at the end of the year (most likely). Unfortunately, a lot of the people over in Pcola transfer. I see a couple around on a regular basis, but they dont seem to be on the forums and I havent ever met the owners.
