Programmable OBD II Unit?

I see a lot of different offerings featuring the ability to customize a view (dashboard) of readings from OBD II inputs. I was wondering if anyone makes a unit that one can program alerts to? For example, you could say anytime the water temp goes over 215 degrees, an alert pops up with a warning. Basically have a set of rules running in the background.

Does anyone know of anything? I was just thinking it would be desirable for the track and FI guys. It's hard to monitor everything when you're driving.

You can get a multipurpose gauge like the scangaugeII or the ultragauge. Then just configure it to show al the gauges that you want onto a single screen. I have an ultragauge and the screen is bigger so you can fit more. But construction and quality is average.

Yeah, I can do that with the Torque app. I was just hoping someone offers automated monitoring. Just in case you miss something when you're driving hard on your car. I could see this being critical for someone running with a turbo.
