5k Service and HPFP replacement, remove mods (unichip/intake)?

I am bringing in my car to replace the HPFP to address the chirping noise and going to do the 5000 mile oil change/service while I am at it. I brought it in prior to any mods being done in my car (took 3 months to get the HPFP part..) and am wondering if I need to remove any mods to get the replacement.
I currently have a Unichip, exhaust and intake for performance mods. I don't see what problem they can give me for any of these as I had the part ordered before any of the mods were even on but still slightly worried. Also there is no problem with my car besides the chirp so theres nothing to void my warranty under either. Also I'm not sure if the Unichip harness will get in the way of replacing the HPFP. I guess I'm asking if people remove their mods for service or only for when a problem arises.

thanks.

first and foremost you should go to your dealer that you plan on having it worked on and ask them what aftermarket parts will end your warranty. second the hpfp replacement is something wrong from factory in which they can not deny you service for it.

An issue with keeping an ecutek tune on the car when in for service is if they decide they need to update your rom file with a new stock map, they will detect a tune. You'll have to decide for yourself if it's worth your time and if Unichip is even detectable/will prevent the dealer from updating.
