Which is better ARK DTS, Grip Vs Greddy Evo3 Vs N1 ?

Guys,
I'm ready to pull trigger for few new deal on tax return sale. Which one is worth to get DTS, Grip @$1.2K vs Evo3@$750 vs N1@$600 ? They all sound good which is not too raspy loud. The price varies seem to based on built quality. Evo and N1 both have silencer as an option to use when need it. The DTS & Grip look good, but is worth it in term of sound & perf?

I love my evo.. And if I had the choice to buy an exhaust again.. I'd still go back to the evo.. I don't have the drone, because mines an automatic, so the rpm stay well below it, it's loud, but not bad and you can add the silencers.. It sounds great.. Everyone tells me they like it.. So I vote for the evo

What about a Invidia Q300? Those sound much better than the N1, IMO, and I hear they have minimal/no drone.

Agree your point. The thing is I've seen most owner have silencer on most of the time for some reason but I like the evo's price for now.

I think the Q300 has minimal sound and it very quite like the Elite SP.

The problem is everyone has thier own opinion... All the exhuast you listed are good exhuast.. And what you really need to do is get in the car with them installed and listen till you find what you want.. Untill then your just going to hear what people think is thier personal favorites..

If you have 1.2k (assuming you're spending the same amount of money as the ARK) to spend and you're looking at the Evo 3, I would suggest getting the nameless overpipe/frontpipe with the helmholtz resonator along with it. Opens up the sound, improves throttle response and eliminates drone completely.

Evo3 has a drone from 3-4K RPM - I suggest you take a drive with someone who has it before you consider it as an option. It is reduced quite a bit with the silencers on, but it is not completely removed. If you are at all sensitive to these types of resonance, and you do any highway driving at length, the Evo3 could be a no-go. It was for me - I loved the sound and the looks, but the drone killed it for me and I ended up swapping it out for a Perrin Headerback.

Originally I was going to go with the Q300 but it was a tad too quiet for my taste; then I saw the video of the ark grip and thought it was just perfect. Looks to be just a bit louder, but not obnoxiously loud. I've heard it has zero drone as well. Sounds pretty aggressive at WOT.

The ark is loud.. It sounded louder then my evo, but I was not in my car when I heard it... It looks great, if you like all those cans hanging off... The quality is amazing.. I have heard that with a front pipe with the Hormz can on it.. The drone is gone on the evo.. It's something I'm going to look into..

I have the evo3 and I love the sound of it. I have a manual so the drone was really troublesome on highway cruises. I have since then put the silencers back on and no more drone, I am no longer bothered by it at all in long highway cruises. To me, the EVO3 gives the car a nice deep throaty growl, it sounds more like a sports car with it and the quality is top notch.

Do you have a video for that combo? I have an EVO3 and want to listen how much difference the Nameless OP/DP + Resonator + HF Cat complements the EVO3. Especially without the silencers on the exhaust, I hope it really does kill the drone like you say it will.
