visconti tune . launch control. help - Toyota GR86, 86, FR-S and Subaru BRZ Forum & Owners Community

Hey guys. just flashed this morning. can't seem to get launch control going except once today and not even sure how i did it haha. i tried all maps except 1 since that's stock. so from my understanding. first gear. at zero. clutch in. then you...floor it right?. any input would be great.maybe the clutch isn't all the way to the floor?

Make sure you're in map 2,3 or 4. Check if anything is in the way of the gas pedal. If not then change maps, gear one, slam the gas pedal and it should work.

with clutch in right?

After you stop, pull it out of gear then back in 1st, then floor it very quickly.

yes clutch in lol. tell me if it works. it felt very uncomfortable slamming the gas because if you don't do it fast enough it will bounce the rev limiter. just practice

haha. it worked. map 2 and up. clutch ALL the way in. hit the gas to the floor and it engages. from there you get go up or down with the cruise control in terms of the rpm. had a little fun with that on map 4. dropped the clutch and got sideways hahaha. so fun
