brz winter undercarriage rust?

has anyone had any problems with this?
I looked under my car today and I saw some rust I haven't put it up on a lift or anything but I did notice the exhaust pipe leading to the muffler was rusty
is this common?

Stock exhaust? Definitely normal. Probably 409 or something similar if it's steel.

Iron is the most abundant element in the earth's crust, yet almost none of it occurs in elemental (pure) form. That's because it binds so easily with other elements.

So don't blame salt - iron just wants to party.
