dealership service in Phoenix area

I was going to big 2 and they were ok, but riverview was closer to home, but my experience there wa nuetral until my last visit. I went there because my abs and traction control light was on for the second time and I had there as condensation in my taillight.

The advisor, after consulting with the tech, starts questioning me about my headers " Are they TRD?", and telling me that the tailight had condensation because "somebody broke the seal."

They want Toyota rep to look at my abs problem because of my "history."

They suck. Who treat people fairly?

We had reviews about Riverview around 3rd quarter last year, and the general consensus was that service was terrible...

Big2 is the best in the area imo, not saying they are the best everywhere, just the best that I have dealt with in a long time, they fixed my tail light no questions asked, because they knew about the issue. Sounds like Riverview is still behind the times on car issues.

I've heard good things about the service at Camelback Toyota, but am unsure about any FRS specifics.

if you go to Peoria, ask for Mustafa, tell him Gem sent you. Decent techs. he himself is ok, and is a pro rally wrx guy, so he speaks our language

I bought one of ours at Power subaru and I would avoid their service dept but I like their body shop.

I had a really bad sales experience with Power Subaru and would reccommend pretty much anywhere else.
