Disagree. I think it looks good. The complimentary yellow and blue provides good contrast, and the shade of blue is dark enough to contrast the Argento. I have an Argento and like dark wheels to match my dark tints and contrast against the shiny silver, but think black is boring...that blue fits the bill. Too bad just dropped $2K on performance mods, or I'd be ordering my a set of those Gram Lights

Now get those windows tinted!

too many holes to see through, not a fan

and because the fenders have that 1" thick flat spot all around the "flush/tucked" look just doens't work.

That cobalt in the background of the third picture looks so good. LT for the win.

Honestly, I like the look of your wheels and brakes. I find a high percentage of aftermarket wheels look bad, but those don't, though it took me a few looks at the pictures to notice they're actually a dark blue and not black.

Yeah. To much goin on for me. I like the drop, rims/tires and brakes. I just don't like the color combo. I think that dark rims always get washed out against white or silver cars.
I think if you had gone with a silver, gunmetal or other color rim it might all come together.

Thanks for sharing though.

Thanks for the comments guys, I agree with most I wasn't so sure on the color combo's but with the Mag Blue wheels I didn't want red or black calipers, and if I went blue calipers the blue is light blue vs. mag blue so............ fly yellow it was. If you recall I had the dark Grey 57 Xtreme's in the initial build up but sold them to a customer who had to have them right there and then when he saw them so I went with the Mag Blue to change it up as I didn't want to go with black again (Supra,350z,Porsche) all had black wheels.

These are one of the first Wilwood's for the FR-S so I will confirm on pricing in a few hours but don't want to turn it into a sales thread, just meant to show some of the project car off to give ideas to others. I'll PM those interested.

BTW at the shop it was a 50/50 reaction, 2 days later I won another 30% over so 8 people now love it out of 10. Aside from the color opinion holy $#^ do they ever work well!

I like it!

You need something else yellow on the car though.

Like, lug nuts.

I like stealth, but with yellow calipers on unsually colour rims screams "I've got something for thieves to steal"

Looks good, but I don't trust the world anymore to put visible goodies on the car.
