Requirement: Remove Salt and Grime and protect before Winter Storm Nemo! Exterior - Wheels were prepped with Sonax Wheel Cleaner and cleaned up with various brushes - Tires were spritzed down with Adam's APC - Wheel wells were cleaned up - Washed with a mix of Adam's Car Wash and Adam's APC - Wolf's Decon Gel - Wash down and rinsed - Door jambs were cleaned up - Nano Scrub AutoScrub - Dried - Tires dressed - Masking - Paint Measurement - Sonax 5/4 Fine Abrasive Polish - Uber Green Pad - Rupes LHR 21ES - Sonax Polymer NetShield - Inspection with Fenix, 3m Sun Gun, Infratech, and natural sunlight - Wheel wells were cleaned and dressed - Rubber and Plastics Treated - Exterior windows and mirrors cleaned and sealed - Exhaust tips cleaned - Windows were autoscrubed, cleaned, and sealed Products used Links to products used - Exterior Adam's Car Wash Adam's APC Sonax Full Effect Wheel Cleaner NanoSkin AutoScrub System Sonax Fine Abrasive Sonax Polymer NetShield Adam's Super VRT Adam's Metal Polish 1 Adam's Metal Polish 2 Adam's Glass Cleaner Adam's Glass Sealant Tools used Uber Wool Wash Mitt Uber No Name MF Towels Rupes LHR 15ES Random Orbital Polisher Rupes LHR 21ES Random Orbital Polisher Griot's 6 inch Random Orbital Polisher Uber Buffing Pads Defelsko Paint Meter Fenix TK35 Brinkmann Kranzle Pressure Washer Uber Foamer Attachment for Pressure Washer 2 Grit Guard Buckets with Caddies Uber Firehose Nozzle Metro Air Force Blaster RoboReel Power Extension Cord Before - not too bad but I just wanted to clean it up and get some of the salt off.     Dirty wheels   Did you know Sonax Full Effect works well with the Kwazar Venus Pro?   Sonax Full Effect in action   Wheel Woolies used to agitate the tough brake dust and salt      Rinse   Adam's APC plus Adam's Car Wash (4oz/4oz/balance water) use to cut out all the salt and dirt off the car (it can and will strip last steps)  Shake well  Nice thick foam     After foaming we used an Uber Wool Wash Mitt to wash the car   Rinse  Beading shot of Sonax Polymer Net Shield - this was the test spot from 2 months back I did on the trunk deck - this was beading after the wash/apc mixture. how would you recommend that I get the swirls and light scratches out of my paint?
dealer really messed up my clear coat through a machine wash when i said not to... now i'm learning how to go from amateur car carer to a more "professional" type what line of products do you carry? specials? thanks

here is a kit that should take care of your paint imperfections. Griots Swirl Remover Kit You will want to 1. wash the car 2. clay the car 3. FG 400 with an Uber Yellow Pad speed 4.5 4. SF4000 with an Uber Green Pad speed 4.5 5. Power Lock with an Uber Black pad speed 3-3.5 Phil |
