I love that the steps are broken down for the shade tree guy. When I did mine I skipped step one of removal and step two of install.

I just gave it a good yank out and a solid press-in to install. I didn't find the need to remove the fender liner or push pin.

But I would reccomend that everyone follow these steps in the video because I've seen a lot of guys get hung up on this ultra simple mod.

Thanks for sharing!

The clear side markers fit the car much better then the amber ones... makes me wonder why they didn't do that from the get-go.

Nice vid. Would've been nice to have seen this before I did mine. Keep in mind that the bumper paint is really thin and really easy to chip. Especially around the edges/ hard corners.

My drivers side clear won't stay snapped in.
It's like it never really gets all the way connected.
I guess I should try to bend the clip a little and re insert.
The receiver clip is not broken BTW. It just doesn't seem to lock in.

Yup the receiver might be bent.

Press harder is what I had to do it made a "click" but still wiggled a bit.. I did help a friend install his, and I know what you mean.
