So 37J seems like its too watery. Also..
So I got some touch up paint for two small chips in the front bumper. I tried to apply it, but 1. Is it me or is the paint super watery?
2. Can someone give me a step by step to do this right? The nicks are cm's long, so nothing big. Chipped paint so that black is exposed. 37J=Whiteout.

you should have two bottles, "Base Coat" & "Top Coat". The top coat not as thick as the base coat.
