Picked up the car in august and have been pretty busy with work so i havent done to much but here it is. I also spent a month without my car since the day i picked it up, a mini van ran a red light (because she was texting and "didnt even notice it was red") and it bent some suspension components. Long story short, they had to be shipped in from japan so it sat in the dealer for a while.

Anyway! Here are some pics of various stages of playing around with the car and installing stuff.

At one point, when i had a spare bumper, i took up front subaru emblem and filled over the depression/ repainted it and truly made the front bumper debadged but after a while i thought it looked a bit cheesy and after getting backed into i ended up replacing it back to the new one.

Once winter is over i'll take better pics...its hard to get motivated to do much when its 18 degrees out.
when i picked her up!

Short Debadged period

How did you debadge front grille emblem and not have that oval hole show?
Your front bumper looks flush, flat. Was it custom work?
I'm thinking of putting a Ae-111 Trueno badge on mine but in order to do that I need to be flat not oval crevice.

yeah it was custom, i had a spare bumper after getting it replaced so for fun i thought id mess with it. basically i filled that depression where the badge sits, sanded it, feathered in the lines that extend on the hood and towards the windscreen, and sanded and again and painted. it took about 2-3 weeks and was a pain and eventually i replaced it with the new bumper w/badge because i didnt get it exactly equal on the feathering. But yeah it can be done for sure its just a hell of a lot of work
