Is it normal? Makes a click when pushing down...

More like a clunk or "cluck" right? I notice what appears to be a thrust bearing noise when lifting the clutch on first start in the morning, has done it since the day I got it.

Maybe just more silicone spray/spook pis necessary...

Click / clunk / pop every time i push the pedal down. About half way down. Not loud. Actually quite soft. Can even feel it if i put my hand on the gear knob / lever. Feels like its when the clutch engages... Prob normal im just click befuck at the moment. Boot area still driving me nuts...

If you don't smell metal burning you should be ok. Take it for a hard burn down some twisty road and work the gears hard, double de-clutch for downshifts and see how it sounds when you get home maybe. But to me it sounds pedal related.

It's a Subaru clutch thing, nothing wrong with it,they have very mechanical sounds to the clutch, drove an 06 Sti,it had exactly the same noises ans clunky gearshifts.

Actually it's an aisin gearbox. The same used in the Lexus IS. Toyota owns 30% of Aisin Seiki Co.

No clicking at all , but I've noticed this - when I change gear at high revs ( over 5k ) I get a slight vibration on the clutch pedal. Anyone notice this ?

Yes i have even at low rpm. Toyota say the GB mounting needs to be re aligned.

After they have done that it all seems to have gone away.
