It kinda reminds me of Fast & Furious 3, when bow wow is getting his car out from the parking lot.

It's the Volkswagen storage tower at the ex-Phaeton plant in Dresden. Not sure what they make there now...

entire article here. Quite the amazing factory... never seen one like that!
