Leather seats
Found this on a website curbsideclassics.com. It's an aftermarket leather upholstery job. I was a little surprised that it looked this good.

Before you buy be sure to check out Katzkins. I've seen a lot of "add-on" leather interiors and theirs is really good. A lot of people on the Miata forum swear by them.
