Wide Body Question; Wheels.
I am a noob but I was wondering, if you were to put a wide body kit like the rocket bunny or any other wide body kit what exactly do you do to make the tires flush to the body kit and not inside where it would normaly be.
Do you just get wider rims or is there something else you normally do/could do? Thanks!

Yep. It's a form over function mentality. You are going for a "look" of stance, poke, tuck, hella whatever, etc..
The way that our cars are constructed allow us the ability to run very aggressive and functional rim/tire combos without having to run widebody kits. In the past it might make more sense to put on flares or widebody's if you needed another inch or so of clearance. Now days it's really just for the look. |
