Bought CF insert with custom logo. very communicative, which is hard to come by! Assisted me throughout all my requests.

issues with the post office ended up having my item sent BACK, (we didnt know until everyone received their plaques but me, which prompted Romas to head to the post office to track the package down),

luckily, Romas quickly did another plaque for me and sent that out, which arrived what seemed extremely quickly. Very communicative in the process of figuring out where the 1st plaque went. And according to the tracking information, should've been in my hands in 2 weeks from him shipping them out!! (over new years)

I highly appreciate the effort and attention he took with making sure i got what i ordered.

Oh, and the plaque itself looks great!
