brake lights?

So I noticed while filling up the brake lights are tiny individual bulbs going around in a circle? If that's so it's going to look odd once random ones start to burn out...I hope that's not the case

They are LED's. They won't be blowing anytime soon. And even if one goes out, you most likely won't notice it.

It is one light. Just went to the Toyota dealership to replace "them" was just one but cost $7.00 with tax.
