Can anyone help me out by providing a contract (Cali preferably)
Looks like I got ripped off since I paired about 30k for my FRS .... I tried to get a better deal by telling them that other people got there Frs`s for a cheaper price but the only way to work some thing out only if they can see someone else's contract (anyone who has lowered price than mine) to compare and lower the price on my contract, I honestly feel so stupid since I just bought it without researching prices instead of researching for car itself...... can anyone help me out (anyone who resides in Cali) by just providing my a copy of your contract as a reference...this may be my only way to reduce the price and receive an reimbursement. If anyone can do me the favor, it will help me save maybe a couple thousands. Your info can be blurred out, just need a reference.

It actually has mark up as well
This is how my FRS is spread out $25000 for base price for manual. Mark up value $3000 1500-1800 for alarm, gap and 100,000 mile warranty The rest for taxes and DMV..... No bespoke, exterior or interior extras so in the end it about $31,400 around there I seen other get fully loaded FRS`s for about 27k including taxes. Its due to "high demand" and to be ale to get the car apparently, so my smart ass went along with it.... so now that I actually found out others peoples numbers' I'm just like wtf.... I went today to get back that mark up but they said its better "see someone else's contract because no other dealer is willing to do it without mark up (3000) just to get the car.... I mean I'm close to even canceling since it hasn't arrived yet.... Sent from my ASUS Transformer Pad TF700T using Tapatalk HD |

I know i m really thinking of doing that, but I want to try out if I can lower it first by showing someone else's contract and show them so they can be like "oh shit this guy might cancel it because he can get another better deal instead" so then they can at least reimburse me...

Just cancel if you haven't agreed to anything yet. Dealership sounds like a future pain in the ass.
I was also under the impression that they could alter price because of a contract with scion. |

I'm sure they're jerking you around and will come up with another excuse even if you are able to show another contract with a lower price. They're here for the money, nothing else. What about Scion's pure pricing policy? Print that out!
Actually, I would CALL SCION! Tell them you are having terrible customer service, you were expecting no haggling, an easy buying experience, pure pricing, etc. and you are not getting anything close to that. Mention the dealer, marked up price, etc. Hopefully they will sort it out for you. In the end, I would not buy it! I would go to another dealer. I know you want it and you want it NOW. Anyways, you're going to be waiting for your car for a while so look at the big picture. I almost did something similar but I waited and got both the price and color I wanted. I was so tempted because i wanted the car so bad, I would have been screwed by the dealer if I took his offer.
