Can anyone here order stuff off of yahoo.jp auctions?
There are a few items on yahoo.jp auctions that I've been watching, and I want to buy them, but haven't the slightest idea if it is even possible.
I've heard of resellers, that will bid and then ship the item to you for a fee. Has anyone done this? Done anyone have experience in this process? TIA |

Never bid off Yahoo auctions but I do browse other countries eBay pages and have a friend in the UK that I can ship to and he will mail them to me.

Back in the day I used to use crescent shop and rinkya. I think rinkya changed their name but I don't know what it is. I used to buy parts from Japan all the time when the exchange rate was favorable now with the horrible exchange it just isn't worth it unless you do a container.
The next obstacle is the language barrier. It is hard to navigate the auctions without knowing kanji. |

I got what I was looking to pick up
![]() Probably going to be a month before it gets here though. High res scans coming when it arrives. All 71 pages of goodness. I want to see the optional parts up close.

I've used Tenso, but I don't think they do bidding for you. Exchange rate is terrible, you'd get screwed pretty hard, even for something that small.

It's still in transit from Japan. I bought it the week it came out (TMS week). I looks like a public version of the staff manual with a few interviews with drivers, etc. but without all of the R&D specs.
I collect stuff. I have the 86 logo usb drive, FR-S shirt/hat from release night, the BRZ STI brochure from the LA auto show, the TMS brochures are in the mail, etc. |

Look what came today!
![]() Anybody who may want to translate, please PM me. I'm sure it'll take some time, but I want to make a quality .pdf with translation overlays. Anybody know of a software that can look at the Japanese Hirigana/Kanji and translate, without the actual font? I.E. it would scan the image and translate what it recognizes as the font. |
