2000 rpm engine shake
i searched for a post covering this and could not find one. but when i hang the throttle at 2000 rpm the car shakes. not bad but very noticeable. anyone else have this problem?

no but had it in a different car before after an oil change.... turns out they overfilled the oil.
did u just get an oil change recently? does it happen when youre in neutral and just slowly rev the engine up to 2K? |

its been about 2500 miles since last oil change. i just noticed the problem, could have been there for a while. but it happens when i hold it steady at 2000 rpm in nuetral

I have the same thing on my car. I think it has to do with the harmonics of the engine at the rpm and load.

If I try to apply anymore than a hair of gas under about 1700 rpm the car shakes a little and the harmonics change a bit. I quite like it actually.
