Hello!

Just wanted to let the customer's past and present of mine know I am not done as a vendor on here...had some BS come up with PayPal about a month ago so now I'm stuck using google checkout for the time being...this in turn means I was unable to pay my vendor fee today since they only accept paypal! So until I find someone who is willing to let me use their paypal (should be tonight/tomorrow hopefully) you won't see my threads under commercial classisifieds, but don't think I just ran off! Any outstanding orders will still be handled accordingly.

I love it but with anything that is uncharted territory for most, people are hesitant to use it at first. It's lost me a few sales, not many, but a few.

are you helping customers? one member said that their LEDs stopped working and sent you a message but you completely ignored it and never responded.

When was this? I do my best to reply to every email within an 8 hour period of receiving it, more often than not almost instantly. I 100% stand by my products and support them, I have plenty of customers who will attest to that. In the extreme event I did overlook their email I would still be more than happy to assist them as that's not like me to do
