TRD JDM Springs on standard shocks?

Has anyone done this?

I know someone has done STI pinks on std shocks.

I await your counsel!

I'd like to know if anyone has used the JDM TRD springs (Part Number MS250-18001) with the OEM shocks.

Someone else has used the STI Pink springs with the OEM shocks but I haven't seen anyone using these springs.

Reason for asking is I'm considering purchasing the springs standalone without the shocks.

I think one of your fellow QLDers had a set then went to the TRD coilovers. I don't see an issue with them though. TRD coilovers and spring are both set at 15mm drop as TRD recommend.. I have yet to find what the spring rates on the ones you mentioned are..
Bit secretive according to other forum members.
