![]() Awesome product! Best bang for your buck. This was my very 1st upgrade and it instantly woke the engine right up. More power and torque throughout the rev range and 4th gear actually started to feel respectable. The stock filter is EXTREMELY restrictive and chokes the life out of this engine. Simple filter airflow test: if your stock filter is still clean, just try breathing through one of its pleats and then the cosworth and you'll realize the difference. Only downside is the cosworth filter is not cleanable... but I never believed air filters should be. Would you ever clean an oil filter or a fuel filter? No thanks. Upsides other than the huge increase in airflow is great filtering due to the 100% synthetic media and NO OIL to clog the MAF sensor. Not to mention Cosworth has a long racing heritage and builds some of the best bullet-proof monster engines. Last edited by Anorexic 86; 01-28-2013 at 10:28 AM. |

Don't forget to reset the ECU after changing any parts like intake or exhaust.
You will easily pick up another 6 to 8 wheel horsepower just from the reset! That has been dyno proven on here by DD Performance Research in Texas. Cheers Last edited by Anorexic 86; 01-28-2013 at 10:56 AM. |

There are heaps of cleanable air filters out there that work quite well (K&N, Works, etc). |

We have been using this on our BRZ for about 5k miles now. We all thought we felt a nice seat of the pants difference after installing this and a silicone inlet pipe, but without a dyno we never had real evidence.
I have 40 of these filters in stock ready to ship. I will do $40 shipped within the 48 states or $30 picked up. Shipping to UK is probably $30-$40. I had purchased them for an intake project we were working on, that we are no longer going forward with.
