Exhaust question (cat back)

Hey there is a ton of info on this forum about exhaust set ups and it has really helped me a lot, but at the same time i feel just as lost with all these options. So im sorry if this is repetitive but I was wondering if anyone had any input before i buy the Greddy Evo. It is my favorite sounding exhaust, but from everything I have read the drone at 3k rpm is pretty intense. I was just wondering if anyone has found a similar sound/volume without the drone of the Evo.
cheers!

For the most part, unless it's a vendor who reps multiple lines (and has used them), you're not going to get much beyond "I have one and I like it". Most people don't buy more than one system; some do, but I'm guessing it's less than 1 out of 20.

And most people like, or at least claim to like, the one they have. What you're looking for is someone who's had the system you're considering, AND other systems. Won't find many of those, I suspect.

Yea a very valid point and I'm sure everyone is sick of these what exhaust should I get threads but I really just wanted to see if anyone has an evo like exhaust without the drone :-)

Drone is all relative too. Some hear it at lower revs than others. You may not even hear it.

The best thing to do is to find a member here on the forums around your area and check out their Evo3 in person to see if thats the way you want to go.

You can put the silencers in if it drones too bad. Maybe check out the Injen system? If you want something that everybody has been happy with go with Perrin or Milltek, MXP is very good too I had it for a while. There are just so many good ones, I think there are more good than bad really.
