Look into SpeedElement (San Jose), StaticNine in South San Francisco, Equilibrium Tuning (EQ Tuning in Fairfield)... those are ones that pop to my mind right away. What kind of suspension parts?

Sonic Motorsports in mountain view is good reliable place! Very good n friendly service. A lil far from peninsula but its worth it.

neat, how did I not hear of GST before? I also will throw out Motorsport Techniques in Hayward as well.

Clearly there aren't a lot of choices in the Peninsula... some good shops everywhere else though.

Faxon Garage has some long time good loyal customers. Means they somehow do some kinda good job. Did my tint there and it was perfect. My cousin always go there all the time.
