$12K OBO 2006 IS350 123k Miles SoCal

Just like the title says!

I am putting my 2006 Lexus IS350 up for sale. Right now it has exactly 122,996k miles on it. Spark plugs were replaced 2 weeks ago. Suspension (shocks and springs) were replaced a few months ago. Just completed the smog test so the 2013 tag is on its way. Asking for $12k OR BEST OFFER. Local only; I prefer to have an in person inspection.

This car is the base model and has the following features:
- v6 3.5 Liter engine
- RWD
-Traction control
- ABS
- Air conditioning
- Power windows/door locks
-Cruise Control
-MP3 Multi Disc
-Dual and side air bags
-Telescoping wheel
-Power Steering
-Leather interior
-Dual power seats
-Allow Wheels w/ wheel locks
-Moon roof
-Automatic transmission

Title is clean, no serious accidents. 2 minor accidents as listed:
- Swiped a pole and hit the passenger rear door (has since been repainted and fixed; this paint job needs to be retended on this part, the body shop didn't do a good paint job)
- Rear-ended and had to replace rear bumper and trunk

Modifications:
-K&N Typhoon intake
-HKS Hi-Power cat back exhaust
- 4300K Aftermarket HID Conversion kit (has been with the car since I first got it)
-Red-out tailights

I can remove the aftermarket parts if necessary. I personally love the sound, but not everyone may feel the same way.
