do BRZs sold in Canada come with freebies?

Does Subaru Canada offer any freebies for a BRZ bought in Canada? like free oil change? free dent repair etc?

you're kidding, right? out west, if you're looking for a precise spec (partic WRB) you could be waiting a year for your car, why would they offer anything free?
I received free attitude from the insurance rep at the dealership. Whee!

Nothing. Not a key chain, mug, or even a hug (well maybe a hug depending on your dealer).

In fairness, my dealer gave me a nice gift basket with wine, crackers, cheeses, etc. but that was more a thank you from the dealer, not Subaru.

i was with a friend when i bought it, and i said i wouldn't leave his dealership with empty hands since i'm giving them 34 000$ (brz+fee+tx) ....

i have it on my wall at home.... but i couldn't get anything else... should have seen the salesman face....

Its strange really. I don't have BRZ, rather FR-S, but got surprising news that my first oil chance is free when I went in. They could have at least offered that for Subies...

I think the free oil change is a dealer decision. Except in the UK where it and dent repair seem to be included according to the Top Gear article.

Negotiating for freebies is not a company policy, it's more of a dealership policy. At one dealership, you can get a few oil changes. And at another dealership, they might just laugh in your face. That was my experience with Scion, and it will most likely be the same for Subaru (and other companies).

i got free lifetime oil changes, and 20% off accessories, but then i got my car at Richmond Subaru, so it might as well cancel itself out..

Most of the time any additional freebies will be thrown in by the dealer, with rare exceptions (First 86, etc.)

Scion Canada provides your first service (oil change) free, anything beyond that is up to the dealer.

Is that so? Don Valley North Toyota/Scion is really screwing with everyone then. They basically refused to give me anything. I went to another Scion dealership and I got 5 free oil changes.

Don Valley North is the worst place to buy a car or service your car. Because they get a lot of people, they treat you like shit.

Yeah, that was my first visit there and I realized that right away. I'm never stepping foot in there again.
