Adhesive Removal on Paint Safely?
Hey everyone,
I have a small outline of what was probably some kind of sticker on my back driver side quarter panel and I want to remove the very slight left over adhesive. Was wondering if anyone with experience in paint knows a good adhesive remover that will not damage the clear coat. I am also going to start doing some research myself into the different ways some of the popular adhesive removers work to figure out paint impact. I need to take a look anyways, I am a chemical engineer, so only reason I don't know is a mix of laziness/no time. Any input from previous experience will be great! On a side note, I am debadging my car very shortly and I think I will need an adhesive remover for this as well to get it super clean for the new badges. Thanks guys! |
