speed warning in navigation

hey all,

i'm using the Toyota Navigation unit and i can't seem to turn off the speed warnings by default.

i've headed to Navigation > Menu > Settings > Sounds & Warnings > Speed Warning and changed the settings from "Audio & Visual" to "Disabled", but whenever i turn the car off and start it back up again, the setting goes back to "Audio & Visual". Am i doing something wrong or is this the default behaviour?

I just change the % of speed limit from 100% to 115% I think. It is helpful in case I miss a speed sign but not as annoying as getting a warning when doing 62 in a 60 zone....

Can't remember if it went higher than 115%, and it doesn't seem to have reset itself.
