Recommended Non Navigation Replacement Head Unit? - Toyota GR86, 86, FR-S and Subaru BRZ Forum & Owners Community

I have no need for navigation but I don't want to look at the 1990's base radio. What dual din head units are out there that are inexpensive and allow for bluetooth audio and HD radio? I've looked on crutchfield but I'm not seeing many units with reviews. Suggestions?

Well your major manufacturers like Pioneer and Kenwood still think that 30$ HD radio receiver hardware built into units is worth hundreds of dollars. So you might have a hard time finding something inexpensive that includes that.

Check out the Sony 601. My friend has one and raves about. I went with the cheaper Android HU route, but it doesn't have HD radio. Nicer interface and usage, just no HD or XM radio :-/
