Thumbs down First Dealer Service

So I received a letter from Subaru telling me to go to the dealership and get my ECU reflashed ASAP. Around the same time I got the letter, my window mechanism started acting up. Neither window will go down automatically any more, still work fine if I hold the switch down. However, on the driver's side, the window no longer goes up when closing the door. If I really want to close it, I have to walk around to the passenger side, put the ignition in ACC mode, close it, and exit the passenger side. Anyone else having window issues?

If you searched you'd know how to fix this in 10 seconds

Done. I apologize, but I tend to post before searching. No need to get irritated by it...

No offense intended, but I have noticed that THIS IS about the only thing that seems to get other poster's irritated on this forum or about any other well-attended/good-natured forum. Searching before posting questions allows lurking for years if done correctly,

Good luck with the ECU and window dance.

There is need to get irritated. Answering the same question 100x is irritating, so we ask that you search first, then if you don't find anything, post. It also helps keep the forum less-cluttered. Takes 2 secs to reset the window auto scroll, though.

I reset the window mechanism and the problem occurred again! My baby is going to the dealer now to get checked out and possibly reflashed. I was thinking of telling them not to touch the ECU since I have 13,000 miles with 0 issues. Thoughts?

You should probably just perform the flash next time you go in for service. I'm sure it won't do any harm, and they'll just keep nagging you about it every time you go in for service if they look it up and see you still have an open campaign for the ECU.
