Five Axis Dealer Ordered

I recently just got my car and on its listing was that it came with the FA spoiler. Well it didn't but my dealer put in an order for it even though he said the part isnt listed yet. I know some FR-Ss come with it already, but I'm just wondering how long does it take to come in from order if anyone has had to go through it?

I ordered mine when I ordered the car, took about 6 weeks for the car and still had to wait 2 more weeks for the spoiler, dealer said that was about average.

I had the dealer add it, and it was the worst experience I had ever had with a vehicle. The dealer has quite a few rude people there, who ended up actually accusing me of being the root of the problem for asking to add the spoiler (no lie, service manager actually said the whole issue was my fault, practically word for word) I am very glad I got it in writing, because I am certain the would have renigged on the deal if I did not.

In the end though, I really love it, and it flows sooooo well with the lines of the car. So, if you know your dealer is cool (and if they are already a 5AD dealer, turns out that was the main problem, they ended up having to actually become a dealer and set up an account with 5AD to come through with what they contracted for).

Anyway, final answer, if your dealer is cool, get it through them, if not, get it on your own.

My dealer here in WI was a Five AD dealer and they had it in about 2 days...dont know if they had some in stock but i thought it was pretty fast.

They actually have a modified red FRS on their showroom floor and my sales guy is awesome. He encouraged modifications. I got my FRS lowered with tein springs, heated seats, five ad spoiler, and they were cool about no front plate.

I also went in about a week later and did an alignment no questions asked after installing my front strut bar. They also offered me a second free one if i were to purchase the five axis s7 wheels which i do plan to do in the spring

See, that is the way I expected things to go, I have visited the Scion booth at the Chicago Auto Show quite a few years now, and that was always the impression of Scion I got. The dealer I got the car from dumped all over me, and every time they talked to me, it was constantly about whether they were making money on something (apparently they did not come out ahead on the spoiler after they paid their union shop techs to do it). What I guess they do not realize, is that if I had even bought and installed, for example, the set of winter wheels and tires that I ended up getting somewhere else, or a coilover kit, or something, they would have made that back, and then some, but they chose to be idiots toward me, and lost my business, and anyone else who asks me.
