Horrible Stock header?

I searched through titles but couldn't find any topics about this. What does this test try to prove and why is it irrelevant? Just curious as I don't know anything about this.

On the second header, you can see the paper get sucked in when there's air blown in another port. That's the guy trying to show that the other header design has a good scavenging effect - that pulses from one cylinder will help pull exhaust from others.

On the stock header where blowing on one port blows out of an opposing port, he's trying to show that the header is having the opposite effect. Could just be due to the cat, which I bet isn't bolted to the end of the other header.
