Power Ports/ Cigarette Lighter Issues
Does anyone else have an issue with different plugs pulling their ports out? I am very careful when trying to remove them, but it is as if the ports are just barely too small and I usually have to use two hands to get these adapters out of the ports. The entire unit will come out sometimes, and sometimes it wont. I don't believe any clips have been broken, they just really aren't fastened to anything to anchor them either. I have used these chargers and cables many times in other vehicles and never had a similar experience.

I managed to pull out my USB port once so far. It wasn't anchored very tightly.

First picture. I've never used it, so I don't know.
Second picture. Wow! I use that USB port switching thumb drive and phone charger, but that never happened to me. |

It happens, did the same thing on my Tundra and Lexus. My feeling is I would rather have the plugs be super tight over loose fitting. Just need to be careful when removing.

Warranty..no problem.
Maybe try, ever so slighty, bending the mounting tabs out? |

Luckily this is still my old car and I'm getting a replacement. I just hope they aren't all like this
