Center Cap Wheel Logo

This happened like a month ago. I parked my car and realized that my front driver seat wheel's center cap scion logo is GONE!!!
I tried calling the Toyota dealership if they can replace it and they said i have to buy them and it cost 40$ a piece..

Just curious if this ever happened to any of you guys? cus it seem so ridiculous for a car this new to have loose center cap, or someone would steal a freakin center cap? just doesnt make sense to me...
