Maserati GT: XSXV Protection

Little happy hour tonight.. now its 3am cant sleep... didnt want to post another brz in the usual flavors so here's a one i just finished a few days ago lol

A long time friend and enthusiast gave me the opportunity to really take my time on this car. Giving time for sealants and permanent coatings to set up really well.

Keep in mind this vehicle has been in storage like this for almost a year. Pics might be too gruesome for many professionals here... even I have limits.

I also recommend going through this post with this song:

Go Dot - The Fragrance of Dark Coffee, Enjoy :happy0180:!

Alright, getting to it.
Sonax full effect, I try to avoid the rotors.

After 1 wheel, had to change the water after every wheel -___-;

Foam party, it was nice cool morning here ~50 degrees F. Followed by air drying, clay bar, etc etc. Hands were too wet for pictures.

Quick inspection outside before beginning paint correction.

Skipped boring 50/50's but in a nut shell. Orange CCS + SIP, White CCS + M205, Black CCS + P085RD.

After applying cquartz procedure to the entire car, I went ahead and called it a day to give the coating a day to completely cure.

The next day power lock was applied and left 24 hours to cure. In the mean time I went ahead and started the details.

Before

AFter

Wolfgang Exterior Trim sealant

Wheels had cquartz applied as well, tires were dressed in Meg's Hyper Dressing

Interior received a micro vacuuming, wolfgang leather conditioner, vinyl was dressed with optimum protectant plus.

After the sealant, the car received a hand applied coat of Pinnacle Series II.

Some super cold distilled water and arctic white mf rags to remove the wax.

Amazing, moderately priced wax! Pinnacle Crystal Mist for a final wipe down.

Close ups, super compressed sorry for quality

Photos from my homie Robert Castaneda while he was over chillin..
