Revolution x GruppeM Intake

http://revo-tune.jp/catalogue/detail.php?id=315
Priced at 168,000 Yen according to Google comes out to 2086.4424 US Dollars.

Looks beautiful but for 2000 dollars you can already have half of a turbo or supercharger kit saved up. Shit better make your car fly too.

Also found these on the site

Would these replace the stock ones ok? Good replacements until you can afford a full exhaust. Too bad there 365 dollars though LOL. The JDM tips are 200 I think.

i just typed in 168000 yen on google and it converted it to $1703.52 which sounds better than $2086, every little bit of savings helps. unless thats with shipping?

Cuz most American shop thinks keeping NA is waste of time, engineering & labor. When it's easier to get more power of FI & swap engine.

Because the NA market is a niche market in the US.. not many people go for NA due to cost over price reasons.

And also, most people want easy power, so slapping on a turbo or supercharger is what you see these days.

I'm waiting for someone to say this isn't a "true" cold air intake since the air filter is in the engine compartment. 😊
Plus it positions the airbox right in the path of the warm air coming through the radiator so the box can warm up...LOL

gruppe M have a bit of history of this,
make something very well out of carbon and then charge an unfeasibly large amount of cash for it

still their business model must work as they've been going a few years now
