DIY

I will be posting pic as I edit them!

If you have any more to add to what I did let me know in a pm and I will add any good ideas to the DIY

Jack up front of car and put on jack stands

Remove rims and tires using 19mm

Remove plastic clips holding speed spencer to wheel bearing using needle nose

Remove 12mm bolt holding brake line to strut

Remove two 19mm bolts from lower strut ( when installing new strut one bolt has larger neck , it belongs in top hole)

Remove both nuts on end link ( 17mm with 6 mm Alain head )

better front linkage pic frs scion by killer08tc, on Flickr

Remove top three 12mm bolts on top of strut

top front strut bolts scion frs by killer08tc, on Flickr

Strut will fall out at this point!

Now repeat on the other front strut

Now it's time to pick a ride height , make both sides the same !! Use a caliper or tape measure

Push strut up and into place from bottom and install three 12mm nuts

Use jack to push up lower control arm into place

And install lower strut bolts , brake line bolt and install plastic clips

After all parts are tight put weight on lower control arm and install end links

Measure first end link and make both sides match lengths ( endlink will get smaller the lower you set your ride height)

Check all bolts are tight and instal rims and lower car slowly and check clearance

Rear
Jack up rear of car and put on jack stands

*Tip do not need to remove tire I just did for pics

Remove three bolts
-inside control arm bolt17mm
-endlink 14mm
-shock bolt 17mm

after bolts removed by killer08tc, on Flickr

Remove carpet from trunk (like your removing spare tire )

Fold back carpet with one hand and remove two top nuts with 14mm socket
(Strut will fall right out)

scion frs rear shock bolts top by killer08tc, on Flickr

Reinstall new strut with top nuts

Use jack to lift lower control arm and install three bolts again

after bolts removed by killer08tc, on Flickr

Without camber bolts or control arms your rear alignment will get higher amount of camber the lower you go
