FR-S Hail Damage Repaired!

A few weeks ago, I got trapped in a hailstorm between Indianapolis and Cincinnati on I-74... My beautiful Asphalt FR-S, which had 1500 miles on it at the time, received a significant pummeling by golfball sized chunks of ice...

Luckily, the windshield held up and the only damage was to the body... which sucked, but was at least covered by insurance...

I took it to a local shop which does paintless dent removal, and they managed to pull EVERY SINGLE DENT out of my car, from the outside, without chipping or cracking any of the paint. Paintless dent repair is magic...

Anyway, now my car looks brand new again, and insurance covered everything Here are some pics from when the guys went over my car and identified all of the damaged spots.

That's awesome. Did you get a chance to watch them do any of it, by chance?

I've seen it done, and I swear it's an art form shaping that metal back into place to make it look like it never happened. Enough so that I've been tempted to learn it myself.
