I'll second whaap's suggestion to try Speedhunters.com for the first one, and I'll just tell you I'm 95% certain that second one is an APR brake duct. Now go forth and google, my son.

i'm pretty sure those are the rocket bunny brake ducts and the cf ones are from apr but i have no idea where to get them
