New Greddy Race Exhaust
Saw this the other day, tried to call but got no answer. Anyone know anything about this new Greddy exhaust.

I like this looks better than the Evo 3. I wish there was a sound clip. but damn, almost a grand more than the Evo 3 and about $1,200 more than the sp-elite.

It's sweet but for that price at least the tips could be centered in the openings.

if it was a "race" exhaust, they wouldn't worry about the extra weight of the name welded on, and the big tips..
probably wouldn't have worried about the dual pipes from behind the axle... Could have saved 500-750g (fuck yeah! metric system! :P )

Seems like everyone's just throwing the word 'Race' in to anything. If this were truly a 'race' product, it would be a single exhaust to save weight. If anything, I'm guessing the weight is close to stock since you have 2 individual mufflers and 2 separate pipes(WHY?!?!).
I've noticed that with this car, cat-back exhaust gains are largely irrelevant. Power gains seems to be the same with every cat-back. It's really a matter of saving weight at this point. |

I agree, saving weight, sound, and cosmetics are the main things i'm looking at. Most performance gains if any will be very similar.

Notice it says from Japan. Just like the Auto Factory which sounds SICK, but is 2500$ imported from Japan. And those downturns... But this GReddy looks nice. I had the SP elite on my tC back in the day. It was pretty nice.

I wish something like this would be made for the twins. Some people, including myself don't want anything fancy. Something lightweight and under 94dB would be perfect. Aesthetics aren't important.
