Hey Canadian homies!
Any recommendations for a premium detail in the Regina area? My car still has some residue on the roof from the shipping protective wrap and a quarter sized smudge on my hood from a bird s*** that a clay bar wont even get rid of. Any suggestions would be great. I want her to be all shined up, opti-coated and waxed So when I looked into her eyes, I get lost in the many layers of her asphalt paint.

I feel that opti-coat would be a waste of money since it wares out after a while and it overall doesn't protect the paint.... just my opinion..

It doesn't wear off, unless you get a paint job or polishing done. The only reason detailers tell you to come back every 3-5 years is because people and owners put scratches into the paint, we polish off the opti coat that was protecting the paint and install a new coat of it. Read more here http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19249 Opti Coat pays for itself when your selling your vehicle and it's in better condition than any other FR-S/BRZ on the road, especially if you live in a climate like in SK. |

Alright so that clears it up for me. I apologize that I was wrongfully informed for a product that seems like it should help. I may try this some time in the future actually
