Any alternative for the "opposed pistons" on the front fenders?

The stylized Subaru "pistons" on the front fenders are not going to grow on me in this lifetime. Anyone come up with a delete or replace option?

Can the "pistons" be removed without pulling the fender?

The piece they are on is actually just a fender garnish(I guess would be best way to describe it) you can take that piece off as it is just heals on with double sided tape. You could always replace it with the BRZ one or remove the emblems (I don't think there are holes underneath the emblem, could be wrong though).

Unfortunately you can not just remove the badge either. The area under it is raised so you can't just delete it.

Trading with the BRZ one is the best and easiest option at this time.

Ideal would be nothing there. Less is more in my opinion.

If I were you I would wait for SEMA. I am sure that there will be some companies selling all kinds of fender inserts.
