Best sound

As far as I have understood, if you get a tune it is hard to get more power out of intake and exhaust with an NA engine. Then I am just after improved sound and looks. I know there are a million exhaust videoes out there, but I would like get some recommendations on what sounds best of the axlback systems and whether I should remove the sound amplier on the intake or not. Thanks!

There is no "best". There is only what appeals to you.
Here is the exhaust compilation thread http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6064 but listening to these clips will only give you an idea of what they will sound like.
Should you remove the sound tube? Well, that depends on whether you want to or not.

I was hoping someone that has an aftermarket exhaust could tell me whether the sound was better or not without the sound tube. I don't like the intake sound too much on high rpm. If you get a nice exhaust sound from e.g. the nameless axlback, it could be nice to take away other noice. Of course I can try this myself, but that is the beauty of web forums. There is big chance that somebody has tried things before you. If you haven't removed the sound tube, don't reply. Easy!

You have done it again. You are asking if it sounds better!! You could make something similar to this (or buy it) and decide yourself.

I will repeat myself because you may have missed it above.
