New tires $193 each on Tire Rack, that leaves $1100 for rims ($275 each). Maybe if everything was new.

You're only going to get what people are willing to pay. If I really wanted these rims, I'd offer $1000 Shipped. Without Tires? Probably $500-$600. The stock tires are so bad I wouldn't want it with them...
